Twenty-four spot ladybird

[Morphology] 3 - 4 mm. Small ladybird with hairy elytra

Rather variable, but still easily recognizable, although spot-less variants look rather like [Cynegetis impunctata]

This species has a brown head where as Cynegetis impunctatas head is black.
[Ecology] Plant eating beetle (mostly clover)
Not the entire leaf is eaten but a very recognizable pattern is left.
[Distribution] Rare
