Thirteen spot ladybird

[Morphology] 5.5 - 7 mm. Elongated body with 6-7 spots. The pronotum has a wide white border often with a separate spot and the legs are two-coloured.
Compare with Hippodamia septemmaculata
[Ecology] On phragmites and phalaris
[Distribution] Rather scarce wetland species, sometimes locally in large numbers
